Introduction of Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese herbal medicine is part of a larger healing system called Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which also includes acupuncture, massage dietary advice and exercise.

Following are some commonly used Chinese herbal products:

Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan ( 补中益气丸 )

Tonifies spleen, lung and Wei Qi, and elevates the yang energy of the body, tonic, digestive stimulant, elevates and tones weakened or prolapsed structures, stimulates and protects the immune system.

Xiao Yao Wan ( 逍遥丸 )

Smoothes the liver and regulates energy flow, nourishes blood,
strengthens the spleen, harmonises the liver and spleen, regulates the hormones that influence the menstrual cycle, relieves depression and emotional stress.

Shi Quan Da Bu Wan ( 十全大补丸 )

Warms and tonifies energy and blood, energy tonic and stimulant, promotes metabolism, nourishes blood and regulates menstruation, promotes blood circulation.

Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan ( 知柏地黄丸 )

Tonifies kidney and liver yin, moistens dryness and clear away heat created by kidney deficiency, balances sexual hormones, increases bone density, anti-aging.

Wu Ji Bai Feng Wan ( 乌鸡白凤丸 )
